Hey Chris, this is George, The Houston Event's Coordinator from Team NIO. I e-mailed David in reference to the meet but I am yet to receive a response. Give me a call and we'll talk details, or if David ever e-mails me then we can get this thing rolling.
Geoarge. I actually got your email yesterday while I was at Chris's place with my wife when a few of us met up to eat lunch. I will be sending a reply shortly. I don't have email at the house, and mainly update things during the week.
David,
Received you e-mail, but it had nothing to do with the information I had requested. I resent another e-mail to you in reference to Team NIO attending your event. Thanks,
George
This is going to be a fun meet. I can hardly wait. I look forward to seeing all of my fellow HNE members there. Guys please note that group participation of this event will help us to get closer to getting our HNE stickers, T-Shirts, Server and etc.

My name is David Canard, and I am the President of the Z Club of Houston. We represent the Datsun/Nissan marqee from the 1970 240Z, all the way through the current 2004 350Z Roadster!
Chris contacted me about the show you will be putting on October 25th at Tom Peacock Nissan. I am glad to say that we have voted on it, and will be joining you for the festivities of the day. I can expect our club to produce 15-25 (at least) cars for the show, many of top show quality. We will be pre-selecting cars for our Annual showing at the Houston Autorama at this event :-) That brings out the really nice ones. What we would also like to do on the event day is a food drive. We are a chairitible community based car club, who likes to give a little something back. If everyone could just bring a few Non-perishable items to the show, we will have a collection box for the Food Bank of Houston. The donation can be made on BOTH clubs behalf, Good PR is good period.
I hope to hear from David or Chris for further planning, and look forward to meeting up with you guys and gals soon.

This meet is open to all Nissans, no matter where you live, car/truck/SUV is OK by us. We already have a few Frontier members. Interesting you should ask about this. We've have people inquire about the same thing, from as far west as Brownsville, and quite a few to the east of us in Louisiana. Come on out, it'll be a great meet.
