Give me a break. Are they freakin serious. Can't they spend their time on more worthy stops. Say for instance stopping people who drive drunk and cause fatal accidents. The idiot who thought of this new law(if you can call it that) needs thier a$$ kicked all up and down the road.

man... another reason why texas sucks, its already too hot, and the laws are outrageous, and now they go and pull some other SH** to try and make more money, as if they didnt make enough from the countless and pointless traffic violations. i can't wait until they pull emissions on us, thats gonna be just wonderful...

What they are doing is called Ex post facto,, creating a law just
to punish so one or group for something that has already been done after the fact...it's against the constitution of the United States.
