(your '94 runs the same calipers as the 90-96TT and 91-96 NA.) only difference is that they switched from aluminum to iron in late 92 or something like that. your 94 are iron, but the 30mm aluminum ones will bolt right on.

ALL Z32 models used the 4 piston Sumitomo calipers.
NA, 2+2, TT, all.
the only difference between them is the 90 and some 91 NA models used a 26mm thick rotor while the TT used a 30mm thick rotor.
in late 91 or so, ALL Z32 models switched to the 30mm rotor.
in 93 or 94, they went to an iron caliper instead of aluminum.
u're rite dood...i guess i'm getting old...can't remember correctly...i do have the 4 piston caliper upfront...it's the rear that is 2 piston or single piston or wateva...
it was too dark when i looked at the calipers...but i'm pretty sure it is in need of a rebuild...i dunnoe what i wanna do with it yet...but if u got some old goodies from ur old 2+2 we can talk frank...keke...
