one of my local friends is doing a car show up in Katy this weekend... I've sent the notes to the Z Club and invited them out as well..

His mom is manager or something with Sonic and they just opened a new location on Fry Road in Katy.
They are planning a Grand Opening party this Sat and want to get the local car clubs involved. He asked me to invite a few friends, and I told him I'd hit up the Z club as well. (He has invited the local Camaro club as well and I'm not sure who else..) It will be a family/kid-friendly event, so feel free to bring along the young ones too!
Entry into the show is free, and any participants will get free Sonic food-- That alone is reason enough for me to show up!!
There will be trophies of some sort for the 'top 5' cars. I'm not sure how judging will be done, but this is more of a fun type event than anything. Come out and kick tires type of deal.
Since we haven't had much going on with ZCOH lately, I thought this would be a great thing to do as a club and get our name out there a bit!

When: Sat, Nov 12. Approx 6-10pm
Where: 6025 Fry Road, Katy.
Why: Because!!
Directions to the event:
Take I-10 west from downtown until the Fry Road exit. Go North on Fry Rd. about 5 miles from I-10. It is in the same shopping center as the Kroger, Just north of W. Little York Rd.
There is also a Sonic just off the highway at I-10 and Fry road. THIS IS NOT IT!! Keep going north until you run into the new one!!
'course, I won't be free until first weekend of December.
