how much would a '88 crx cost

Long story short
my bro owes me 3k
he has a pos '88 honduh crx si
im thinking bout taking it and selling it
i know i wont get the 3k but i was wondering how much you guys think i can get for it. i dont know much bout the condition of the car but i do know that it had to get another motor dropped cause the original was not running. so the motor is good. some body work needs to be done. interior is... well its an '88 so you guys get the picture. i checked ebay. looks like i can get at least 1500 so thats half, but some kids wouldnt know and prolly i can get my 3k. what do you guys think? and no im not going to keep it and make it my new project car.

i guess when i say "pos" i should let ya'll know that i just dont like honduh and thats why its a pos.

Here in houston, CRX's go for about 700 in good condition...

what the hell, just post it for 3k and see what happens. try free sites like craigslist.org (houston section), or post in the chronicle (a little expensive).
