'95 HB headlight problems

Having weird headlight issues.
- Daytime driving lights are intermittent but usually don't work
- Low beams work fine all the time
- High beam on passenger side works, high beam on drivers side doesn't (although will make an appearance once every 6 months for a couple minutes or so)
- high beam indicator sometimes works and sometimes doesn't

Tested voltages at the light plugs, get the following

Drivers side low = 14.3V high = 10.6V
Passenger low = 14.0 high = 14.2V

Any ideas?

That did the trick, thanks guys!

As a side note, the Haynes manual states that the steering wheel has to be removed. For the benefit of anyone searching this topic in the future, you don't have to remove it.

5 screws to take the trim off around the column, 2 screws to remove the switch, unclip the plug and boom, off to the races!
