Hey everyone, I'm new here and so far have learned quite a bit from this forum. I have a relatively stupid question about buying replacement bumpers.

What does "with top pad holes" and "without top pad holes" mean? Not sure what the holes are for, or which bumper I need. My bumpers are severely rotted and have huge rot-holes throughout. Where should I look to get new ones? I appreciate any responses!!!

on some rear bumpers there is a black plastic cover that overlays the chrome..

You don't indicate the year of your truck, but look for someone local that sells aftermarket body parts. If no luck, hook up with a friendly body shop and they can get them for you. You can also find them online but the shipping can be a bit much.
