Help Truck just broke down

Hello, thanks for reading this.

I was driving this morning and all of a sudden I noticed I was coasting when I applied the gas pedal and no acceleration.

I looked at my console and saw the lights that indicated I had stalled out. I was still in gear and totally confused because the clutch was not in. I pulled over and tried to start it but the engine turns over and over. I had a quarter of a tank but thought maybe the gauge was wrong so I put some gas in and same thing.

I looked under the hood all my belts seemed fine. The truck seems not to fire and I am a bit confused at the moment. Can anyone help me out? ideas?

Check to see if your plugs are firing, if they are check to see if fuel is getting to them.

also you could check the computer undewr the seat to see if your getting any codes
