I hate to say this but your customer service is terrible, each time i call I get a voice mail saying to leave a pager number, and all my emails are ignored so this is my last one, in vein, to get your attention. Before I go any farther I'm sure you know about this...

which also could lead to a lot more of that, I could spread the word to EVERY message board around, I WILL NOT have my money stolen from me. Whether I have to give your company a bad name for a 25 dollar bar on every message board in the world, including tennis and sand castle building forums, I will do so. I have been waiting and will continue to wait on the FSTB that I purchased nearly 6 months ago. I also know at least 3 others didnt recieve a bar as well. You may want to look into this. My name is:

but ed may have had my college address when selling the bar... I read on your customer service you have a name to name basis with all your dealers, and they are only trusted people. I also read that you would go without sleeping or eating just to get somebody a part... well by now I expect you to be VERY tired and VERY hungry. I have contacted meghan racing and they claim that they are in no way at fault, the dealer (you) are. So I'll be waiting patiently for your response. -James
