B15 Lower Tie Bar Group Buy (2 and 4 point)

B15 Sentra Lower Tie Bar Group Buy:

(more pics installed on the write up linked later on)

$100 + shipping for 2002-2006
$5 more for 2000-2001 for a 4pt LTB (00-01 takes extra mounting hardware)

I currently do not have a picture of the 2 point bar, however it’s the same as the 4-point bar, just doesn’t have the rear 2 legs attached to it, I’ll get a pic if anyone would like it.

here is the computer image of it though

$75+ shipping for 2002-2006
$5 more for 2000-2001 for a 2 point LTB (00-01 takes extra mounting hardware)

Shipping is $15 in the lower US, if you’re in the Louisville KY area, pickup can be arraged.

Powder coat colors: Blue and whatever other color is most requested. Color options are red, green, blue, orange, yellow, black, purple, silver, or white. The green matches Tein green pretty well, the yellow matches Nissan Sunburst pretty well. From previous experiences, red and black seem to be the color of choice.

How many orders needed to complete the Group Buy? We’re looking to get between 5-15 people in on this; any combo of 4 or 2-point bars and colors. Not 15 of each bar and each color.

PAYMENTS: Paypal will be the preferred method of payment. Payments will be made to: jimmy@jimmybars.com and if you’d prefer to send a Money Order PM me and I’ll get you the address to mail it to.

What the Jimmy bars do?

2 POINT LOWER TIE BAR: This is the lower tie bar for the casual enthusiast or those limited by SCCA Solo2 classification rules. Unlike other designs this bar mounts to the front control arm bolts in double shear increasing its effectiveness. This bar will help to reduce torque steer, sharpen steering response and provide a modest reduction in wheel hop on launch.

4 POINT LOWER TIE BAR: This bar is a step up from the basic 2-point bar. This bar is designed for the more serious enthusiast and those not running in restricted SCCA Solo2 classes. This bar further reduces wheel-hop, torque-steer, and improves steering response further. This bar also makes the car far more predictable in cornering.
Regular price on these bars are $85 for the 2 point and $125 for the 4 point.

When will the items be shipped out? If you are fine with just getting blue you can paypal as soon as you’d like, and in the info area, state that you want blue and it will be shipped out within 48 hours. If you want to hold off for another color, you can wait till the end of the group buy and see what color is going to be used.

How long will the group buy run? Until we hit 15 buyers or it starts to die off. We wont hold people up waiting to try to get one more order in.

How do you install them? Here is a link to the write up I did on this bar http://forums.thevboard.com/viewtopic.php?t=75968

These bars sits just a bit lower then the Nismo, and does NOT touch the cross member so you don’t have to worry about it rattling like some have complained the Nismo does. I previously had the Nismo and will tell you that I didn’t have that problem. However, now I don’t worry about it at all.

For more info here is his site: www.jimmybars.com

The new Jimmy bar will not be included in this, as it still hasn’t been tested yet.

for any questions post here or feel free to PM me
