Cel Shading is garbage!!!! :(

I already done a crapload of stuff for Photoshop, and I am very good at it, but my friend brought up something I never took time to doing: Cel Shading. Just in case none of you know what cel shading is, it is basically making something real give it a cartoon like appearance. For a good example of this, play Jet Set Radio Future, Auto Modellista, or watch SD Gundam. Anyways, this is what I had to work with.

And this is me trying to do the cel shading thing.

Yeah, it's not the best thing in the world, but hey, now I can say that I know how to cel shade

Oops, I forgot. The thing takes FOREVER to do. It's not very hard, but it's hella time consuming

Yes takes lots of time, especialy for the parts you didn't try to touch (eg. the windows, reflections, headlights, wheels. Those parts are hard because you have to visualize them and judge the gradients etc to use as well as the various colors to make it appear to have depth.

Heres a couple examples of some good vector art.
