Acceleration problem
I have a '94 Nissan Sentra with a automatic transmission. It doesn't want to accelerate. Usually once it finally gets up to 35mph it's ok. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the most likely problem would be. Someone told me it could be the accelerator cable, but none of the part stores carry that. The reading I've done seems to point more to the throttle possition sensor or the transmission modulator. I'm hoping that someone here knows what tends to wear on Sentra's or if anything else could be causing this problem.
