The craziest idea

A lot of so called "crazy ideas" have been getting bandied about around here lately, so i came up with one of my own and thought I'd share.

I've done the calculations for this, so the numbers all work out. I'm going to buy 23 of those tornado kits (19 regular style and 4 made for Ferraris) and hook them up in succession. Then I'm going to get a gas powered leaf blower and hook it on the front. The intake of the blower is going to have another hose, with 3 more tornadoes hooked up and a fish tank for the hose to go through filled with water to cool the air. If all goes as planed, the vortex created will actually cause a ripple in the space time continium, allowing me to travel from point to point instantaneously. My B12 Hatch will be able to run the 1/4 in 0.00 secs., which I believe would be a new record.

Any feedback you guys can provide will be a great help, but I'm really excited to try this out.

Interesting, but I believe your B12 would be far too light. The force of the air vortex would blow the car back a good twenty metres before it has time to enter this ripple in space-time. Presumably, this theoretical ripple would only be big enough for the car, though? I'm sure you've worked out the size-shape of your car and the ripple, perhaps you should add more mass/weight inside before you make your first test run?

I'd hate too see a good car land on its roof.

Well Ranex, that's where there leaf blower comes in. It stabilizes and shapes the vortex in such a manner that the car will get throug hand land on the wheels. You just have to be careful where you point it, on my test run today I wound up suspended in a tree. There's still a few bugs to work out.

Perhaps you should keep collecting test data and wait until you can get the test vehicle to the prairies or perhaps the salt flats as to avoid another tree incident.

The B12 is a small car... what of larger vehicles? Although if your research means more Hummer-sized vehicles on the market because you don't... actually, now that I think about it, this sort of device would make all cars obsolete. There would be no need for comfort, safety crumple impact zones and sixteen airbags if the transportation is instantainious...

Are you planning on marketing this invention, if you can ever get it stable? I would hate to see all car manufactuers go under because of your apparent technical and scientific abilities.
Have you considered the consequenses of your actions? Governments might begin to outlaw cars altogether. I fear.

iv'e been playing with some numbers and have come to the conclusion that the intergalactic ripple wake of such a device could in turn flip jupiter on its side and knock the galaxy out of rotation. be careful my friend. on the other hand it could have an inverse effect of turning your car into a honda... which is worse... that is something i just cant answer.

I'm sorry, but I think your calculations are slightly off. As the velocity cone of the vortex of air approaches the speed of light, its energy incerases proportionally, and the cooling rate of the fish tank is just not capable of handling that heat load. Maybe a dedicated heat exchanger with three 5-gallon liquid NAWWWS will do the trick. Plus the NOS purge lines will stabilize the space-time ripple

Unhappy

This thread and the people in it worry me.

Cause you guys are insane to even think about messing with time travel! Have you guys never seen any of the back to the futures? You are just bound to mess something up! And what if you see yourself at the track, it would change everything! You might not be born to ever create the vortex b12! I am really worried, I think the R&D on the car need to stop immediately.

And PS, we all know youre lying, you dont even have a flux capacitor! Youre a sham!

Dude, I have totally circumvented the need to even have a flux capacitor. The sequential Tornoadoes do all that for me.
