Sr20VET.....

Why wouldnt someone just swap the head with the whole valve-train int over to like any other sr20. because isnt the only special part of the engine that new Neo VVL timing system that makes the car so easy to get high horsies from. what would be the point of swappin the whole engine if its transverse anywayz.

The motor and block are both a bit different than the older SRs.

How so? Its hard to believe that you couldnt somehow make the head fir onto the older blocks...not even an S15 block would work?? theres got to be someway....

The oil passages on VE engines are in different locations than on DE engines. That's why it can't be done.
