Boris' Law

Guys,

My events this week and the meaning of Boris' law:

After putting 1200 more into the turbo setup, I blew my motor for some unapparent reason driving up the 91 to a Nissan meet. Me and my buddy took the VC off and found metal chunks in the head, so I know its pretty much gone. This is just the latest in my string of bad car luck.

Therefore, from now on, whenever Murphy's Law is used in reference to cars, it shall be referred to as Boris' law.

BTW, I'm not really sure in which section to put this in, so general will do.

Damn that sucked man...sorry to hear about your turbo....

This could also be in Off-topic hehe

Could it be overboost? Maybe you built up too much pressure and your blow-off valve didnt work or is in a higher pressure setting so it didnt release the excess

Turbo's still fine, its the motor itself. There are piston chunks in the head, so I can pretty much assume it went. As for the overboost, that might be one of the possible causes that I can look at, as well as the ignition, fuel, etc, etc....
