Who has the best customer service?

Given the recent discussion about how bad Stillen's customer service is (in the b15sentra forum), I'm now looking for a complete listing of the best (or worst) online after-market company customer service. The resulting list will make its way to the Owners' Section on my www.specplace.com website to help steer those looking to mod their SE-R or spec V in the right direction. Simply place an overall rating of 0-5 and then a little bit about your ACTUAL experience below. The companies that I have found that support the SE-R and Spec V are listed below:

AEBS Racing
APEX Motorsports
BRM USA
Courtesy Parts
Eibach
Fast Brakes
Forced Induction Racing
Hotshot
Megan Racing
Mossey Performance
Nissan (the company itself; and keep your complaints down to one page)
Nissan Parts Online
PTuning
Stillen
Southwest Autoworks
Tire Rack
Tein
Unorthodox Racing

Thanks for your help

never had to deal with the customer service for any of them, ptuning was exceptionally fast at shipping my order, but that's my only experience....never had to talk to anyone in person

Oh I just noticed you wrote Nissan on there....I've only had to go in once for warranty work (replace a $.02 clip that holds on the side molding) and they did it no questions asked. My only other experience with Nissan is by talking to the salesmen, which we all know they're idiots when it comes to real knowledge about cars (most of them atleast)

Hotshot has a representative on b15sentra which puts them a notch above most of the other companies IMO. I've never had to ask him questions or talk to him about service, but it's definately reassuring to know that he's there.

Ive dealt with Hotshot's customer services and they SUCKED! Its a good thing that they make good crap for our cars or I would have been reaaallly pissed!
ptuning.com have awesome customer service! They were friendly and very helpful. Their shipping was really fast too. I'd buy from them again in a hearbeat!
