How do I glue this damned resonator?

This elbow cracked and eventually pulled out of the resonator when I checked the air filter. So, I removed the resonator, but I had to discon an EGR hose so there is now some surge. You guys who have intakes, what do you do about the EGR hoses? There are a bunch of EGR hoses, but only one goes into the resonator. Anyway, what do I use to glue that elbow back in, or should I use caulk, or what?
Also, the EGR tap I was talking about is at the far right in the pic.

In this pic, you can see where I blocked off where the elbow goes in with an old 35mm film canister.
