Hi, wife has a 06 Murano keyless entry system. Today when I started the car for her. The car started right up. I put the fob down in close enough to her blue tooth transmitter which happens to have a magnet on the back. It was dark, I had no clue it was even in the console. Well I went to work, she called 1/2 later and said when she got into the car the fob was stuck to the magnet, the key light was flashing. She needed to get her spare fob to continue driving.

Please tell me the fob is not distroyed? good greif they are over 300 bucks.

The magnet should have no effect on the FOB. Try the FOB again to see if it's still OK.

She just tried it again, it is working. The contact with the magnet must have somehow interupted the transmitter temporarily, good thing, thanks for the reply rogoman
