power window issue

The driver window on my murano drops about 5 or 6 inches after I close it with the auto up feature

From what I have read on the fourum and what the dealer told me it probably needs a reset

However, the dealer told me it would not be covered under warranty because its an adjustment does this sound right?

thx

joe
