having troublw with gear selection on my serena

right, i've got a 1993 nissan serena 2.0 petrol sgx. the problem is my clutch peddle has dropped right to the bottom. i can select most gears but 1st gear is really hard to get. i've changed both master and slave cylinder but made no difference. any ideas please. thanks

check the clutch cable and make sure it isnt bent or disconnected

i think its hydrualic but i may be wrong on that
