i live in north dakota and the weather here dropped to -44 the past few days,because of this my 95 nissan sentra wont start.it will turn over but it wont keep a charge.we have tried everything to try and start it,we got a new batttery,we have a heater attached to the oil pan and we even have a space heater in the garage with an electric blanket covering the engine,but the car still won't start.please help,the last time this car happened,it didn;t run for almost a month
