Angry I need everybody's input on this please!

First off I put this as General so that everyone would see it. I really need some feedback here. I just got my JIC SF-1 installed on my 96 g20 and for some reason occassionally when i hit a bump at a fairly high speed the back thumps really hard. Same if I am goinging over a gutter at an angle there is like a popping or thump sound. I took my car back today to the install place and made sure everything was tightened up and it was. I am really in a ditch here, don't know what to do and frustrates me that a setup that cost me over 1 grand is acting like this. Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Car is stock except the suspension, and for some reason it still rubs. When going over the gutter thingy its very slow. When hitting a bump maybe 45mph or so.

I think the popping/thumping sound is the shaft of the shock rattling around in the mounting hole. Basically just metal knocking against metal. As long as everything is tight, I wouldn't worry about it. I experience the same thing with my Ground Control setup.

unfortunatley its considered the norm.... remember its a race type setup, every coilover ive ever installed (specially inthe rear) makes noise at sum point or anuther... there are ways of deading the sound but u wanna make sure you found the culprit first..... take care.
