I want to completely rebuilt the engine.
my car has 180k on it and I also want to improve the performance, torque hp.

what parts will help the cause.
I heard special valves increase hp.
what are the brands that make best valves, pistons or anything else
related to engine rebuilt.

are there any light weight gears, chain, pistons?

I assume brand of head gasket, intake manifold gasket does not matter.
what are the best engine sealants. I am tired of nasty oily engine.

also I heard that I may need to cut the cylinders, incase they got round.
is there a special tool for this. and it will increase the cylinder volume. how will
this affect the performance?
