hey guys im new to these forums, and i need some help. i know nothing about cars and just slightly more about car audio. My problem is i cannot get my dash off of my 99 altima. im trying to replace my head unit, but as of yet i have not been able to figure out how. ive looked around, and found a post about an 00 altima saying the shifter bezel comes out first. does that work w/ the 99 too? and what exactly IS the shifter bezel... thanks!

the best thing for you is to buy a manual.
Haynes manual has lot's of illustrations and is alright for beginning people.
cost like9.99 or 9.69$.
search topics online. lot's of information.
www.howstuffworks.com is a good place to learn general things about car mechanics.

other than that it's experience.

Thanks for the idea. i checked it out, and i could only find them for $20. thats more then i can afford right not :P im broke. i was hoping someone could tell me tho, thanks!
