what would you do ??? what would you get ??

anyway .. so today i get a letter and a little book with the new nissan models... just a friendly reminder that my lease is up in 6months...

I've had the 4cyl altima since late 03 and since then i went crazy with it and put lot of time, money, tears, blood .. etc.. anyways you guys as enthusiast know the deal.. you guys know all about the pain that comes along with having one of these cars and the process of hooking it up...

but honestly i don't let myself get attached to anything... and this car is not the exception.
I'm willing to let it go.. i mean i've spent over 12grand on this car but i have enjoyed everysingle pennie i have put into it.. so i don't look at it as a waste of money.. or losing all the shit you put on it...

so my question is this..... in my situation what would you do ?
keep the car (i have the option of buying it)

or get rid of the car ???
I'm sticking with nissan I'm 18 it's my second nissan and they have been great to me... but i just don't know what to get next if i get rid of it...

most of the time i say my next car i'll keep stock but that's bullshit.. that's not gonna happen.. we all know that..

so what should i get ?
what should i do.. ?
give me your opinions please...

When you say "i have the option of buying it" I'm a bit confused. Is the car a lease or straight buy?

COnsidering you put alot of cash and time into the car, I would keep it, unless you want to do that all over agian with another car.

Just curious but your lease agreement allowed you to 'hook up' your leased Altima?!?

well, to straighten some things out

Lease cars = You pay monthly on a vehicle. At the end of the lease agreement all the money that you paid on your lease can go towards actually purchasing your car or you can drop that vehicle and get a new agreement on a new vehicle

Also,
Doing anything that could harm the car, in fact mostly anything at all to a leased vehicle isn't really allowed. They normally charge some kind of fee to bring the vehicle back to stock, some places will gladly accept the changes as long as they are done professionally and they think they can sell it for a higher price because of them. Then of course there are most that think they can sell it for more because but will charge you more just because they can.

The car was leased for 39 months... the contract DOES not say anything about not being allowed to modify the car... but it does say i will not be reinbursed for upgrades... (sound system, tints bla bla ..) anyway... the car is in perfect shape.. it has been used and abused .. but hey .. they can't prove or notice that.. believe me.. i keep it top notch... bringing the car back to stock is NO PROBLEM i can do it in two days for free.. the only thing that will take time is to re-install my stock cams and undo the balance shaft removal..

they only charge for wear and tear.. like i said the car is in perfect shape.. tires brand new cause the minute i got the car i put aftermarket wheels on ... um...

i have the option of buying it.. but i don't want to..

and this is what i am looking for if i do get a new car..

it has to be a six speed manual...it has to be a four door.. and it has to be very hard to hook up.. so i don't go crazy on it again like i did with the altima..

I don't think i answered my question at all...

cars out there that are four door and come in a manual and that i like (i prefer a six speed)

Subaru Legacy 2.5GT
Volvo S60 2.5T
Nissan Altima SE-R
Acura TL
Acura TSX
Maxima (If i manage to get my hands on an 06 an not an 07's do not come in stick)
Sentra SE-R ... (NOPE IT'S like having a smaller version of my car)
Mazda 6

anything else ??? see i have all these choices i don't know which direction i want to go in...
the cars up there i like them all...

anything else that can be added to the list ???? my limit is $40k
