Hi and thanks for a nice site for getting answers to our questions.

I recently bought a Pre-Owned 05 Altima 2.5S and noticed when using the trunk for the first time that it doesn't seem to latch tightly. Don't get me wrong it is closed and can't be pulled open, but doesn't seem to seal well. I haven't tried it, but wouldn't be surprised if it leaked when it was being washed pretty badly.
Kind of how a car door can be closed but not Closed.
Is there a reasonably easy way that the latch can be adjusted? The Latch bar on the body-side has 2 screws that go from inside the trunk to outside and I thought the bar mount might have a slide on it I could just loosen and move it down.
