does anyone here know if you can just slap up the turbo manifold and t25 off a sr20det to the sr20de in a 95 200sx se-r? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, and yes.

some modification of parts to fit may be needed, because of the shifting of some accessories, but the engine is the same. Just rotated 90 degrees.

yup only thing ur gonna need is a different turbo manifolds plus I d also recommend that you invest in a bigger injectors, larger intercooler, and fuel regulator but before doing all of that Iyou need to do a compression and leakdown test
