Hi: I got a 96 200sx failed inspection for check engine light not coming on @ key turning. pulled dash & found misiing bulb holder from check engine lite socket. test other blub & put in that socket- still not lighting. was thinking about checking for voltage on board. If I don't get 12 volts then what? thanks.
