Thumbs up ca20 block+ca18et top end=CA20ET??

i got a 85' 200sx w/ ca18et
i just ran into turbo problems
i was going to replace the ugly stock turbo exaust manifold with a nice aftermarket one
but all i could find is turbo and exaust manifold combo deals for the ca18det
is the bolt pattern for the manifolds the same on the "et" and the "det"? the same?

also i was thinking to get a ca20e block, and put the head and turbo system form a ca18et on it
boost and more displacement? good or bad?
it would be a bootleg version of fj20 but w/ SOHC

my s12 3door
