Help (question)

Ok i have a 1986 200sx and today i come home and about two hours later i look out the window and my brake lights are on, when i went outside my lights were off and i can't get my brake lights to go off what could this be?

you'll notice a lot of funky problems involving this fun and oldschool car. (believe me, i know) Check switches! BTW Have you been to club-s12.org yet? They are truly amazing ladies and gentlemen. Such a wealth of knowledge and very caring, interested people from 3 continents!

Yea, i Figured it out :P but the Brake light stop switch isn't stuck it broke and i'm having a DIFFICULT time finding a new one. any suggestions?

junk yards or goto club-s12.org and post what ur looking for. there are many people parting out their cars, while it may take a few days at least im sure *someone* there would have it. aprart from that there's always nissan (but they'll charge an arm and a leg).

Yea i can't find the part on the nissan replacement parts site and i haven't had time to call the nissan dealership parts store yet i'm kinda scared to see how much there gonna want for a tiny piece of plastic with a rubber washer around it :-/! yea i signed up on the club-s12.org i need to ask around on the wanted parts sections kinda scared to get a used one?

i'd truly post ur thoughts and expl ur situation. the people on there are usually real good people. also a lot of people are parting out cars so their part may be just fine, if ur not sure, ask- there is so much info there.
