I have recently bought a 95 200 SX SER with a couple of problems that I would like help with. First the cruise control has light comes on but the cruise control fails to engage, however when I press the cancel button on the steering wheel I her a click as if a relay has been deactivated. Checked small fuses under dash and inside engine compartment but do not know where to go from there.

Secondly this car has the factory security system option and there is a light that blinks constanly on the instrument panel when the ignition is turned off. I do not have the keyless entry remote to test system but my problem begins with the power door locks not working. When I press the lock button from inside on either door I can hear a realay click but nothing else happens. I hve checked the small fuses under dash and inside engine compartment but do not where to go from there.

Thirdly my check engine light is on and I pull a code of po1400, I have done some reading on this board with other member having he same problem and I am plenty confused as to what would be the most economical way of diagnosing exact fix with replacement of defective component/s. I have erased the code 3 times but it comes back after a few miles of driving. I have read about checking for leaky hoses and replacing a cannister and a sensor. Hell I dont even know where to start looking inside engine compartment for those fixes. If anyone has pictures or diagram of components locations and descriptions would be most appreciated.

Any help or advise on quick and economical solutions to above problems would be appreciated
