Question 91-92 SE-R cams
Can I use cams from an SE-R in my XE GA16de? I read on SCC that the 91-92 are the best. What else would I need to install them?

The will not even come close to fitting.

Your option would be to get some B14 cams as they make a bit more power than the B13 cams do. You won;t need anything but the cams.
