Got mine at Versus Motorsports in Phx, AZ for $140 new. But this was over a year ago. Probably freed up a few ponies to the crank midrange... made the car breathe better.

thanx though... i will just wait out till mid of summer when my freind has this companie makin headers for our 1.6 L and makin them have Higher Hp... i dont know the brand yet but he told me Focuz and Hot Shot arent the best. he said for me 2 wait.

OK,... well if your friend can find a better quality header for the GA-motor than Hotshot, please let us know. We would be very interested, especially individuals like Michael Young and Mike Kojima.

I'm a rookie at working with cars and it was suprisingly easy. The only problem I had was being stubborn and tryin to take out the old header all in one piece, it seperates for a reason. Make sure you have some kind of spray to loosen the bolts though. I will work on some sort of lil write up thing later on tonite. The only problem I had was with one of the O2 sensors and it not lining up properly so i had to undo it from the rear and then align it up first. . .i have pictures and i was sorta anal about taking pictures. I dirtied up my digi-cam pretty good, but it was worth it.

this may be weird, but the sound is actually much quieter now when i'm cruising at 50-70 MPH. When i gun it it makes a beatiful noise

Power has definately increased lots! I find myself putting less on the gas and still going a decent speed

I definately reccomend it.

My header did the same thing (Focuz). I think it has something to do with it flowing more air, or the way the exhaust manifold (now header) is bent. My header seemed to quiet down my intake as well. I agree about the power increase.... not sure if yours is an automatic, but on mine I gained mostly in low and midrange of the powerband, which an auto needs.
