I am not familiar with the Presea. But, on my Sentra I had problems with idle dropping and not recovering when stopping quickly. Also, rpm's dropped when AC came on, and engine would stumble. My problem was solved by cleaning the Idle Air Control Valve and the trottle body. In some models it is mounted where the throttle body is. Mine was on the opposite side of the intake manifold. You can just clean your throttle body with a toothbrush and Throttle Body Cleaner. That may help. It is the carbon build-up that can cause problems. The idle air control valve adjusts the idle when the load changes. May be a good idea to find where it is on your car and also clean it of carbon. Here is what I did on my car:
