JW ECU -question
Hello there
If I should buy the JW cams, it is sugested that i buy the JW ECU for max performance.
But if I want to mount this
...Throttlebody ???!? , would the JW ECU need even more specific modding or what??
Regards Rubberspoiler

you're gonna need a whole lot more than just a JWT ecu.

in a word, yes... the ECU will raise the rev limit to 7300 and adjust the A/F for your particular setup as well (as long as you discuss your current mods w/ JWT at time of purchasing); your top end will open up quite a bit

Like a whole air/fuel management system.. cause you would have to illimiate your MAF... which is about 70% of the reason your car runs

Okay...
My technical english ain't that super, so I have some slight deficulties to understand all the info.
I thought that the ECU was the air/fuel management system?!?
Seems I was wrong...
Thanks...

the ecu is your on bored computer, it does control or main the air/fuels, but if you have quad throttle bodies, you will be elimanating the intake manifold and elimanating the maf, so you will need a stand alone fuel management system to compensate for the elimanation of the MAF
