I am hoping to swap my GA16i out for a GA16DE. Looking at all of these JDM motors for sale, I noticed some of them have red, black, and silver valve covers. Are they all basically the same, or are there any differences in those engines such as HP or torque ? Just wanted to make sure there was no major differences that I neded to look for before I buy something. Also, would I be ok to use the wiring harness and ECU from a domestic model on a JDM engine ?

emissions equipment is the only difference.
