To let you know in advance don't take the jokes on the forums seriously. We often say stuff like that as a joke for some laughs not to make fun of anyone. We only make fun of people either in OT or people that don't listen to whatever advice we give them. But seriously, don't take that comment personal cause it was just meant to be funny.

either the stock plugs, or NGK's (which you'll have to replace much more often) are good. don't get bosch, sentra's hate them things

for some reason, Sentra's do not like aftermarket tune-up parts. Save yourself the headache and get the Nissan stuff, depending on the dealer their about the same price as the aftermarket parts
