The a/c turns on, the blower was also turning on but at the top speed now thats also gone.....so no blower not even if the a/c on or not.

Looks like the fan motor went bad. Check the voltage at the motor first. If there is no voltage at the motor, Switch could be bad.
Anyway post some more info, so we could tell better.

check the blower motor resistor too. it controls the speed and if you said that the full blast was the last one working, it means the resistor went bad.

I think you "azkicker0027" r right about the risistor thing, but the problem is where it would be located...? I have a 93 sentera.

if the blower only worked on high, its the blower resistor. If the blower no longer works you probably burned the rest of the resistor. its an easy fix.
oh, the resistor is on the blower case, maybe 4 inches by 1 inch, electrical conector (I know.. da) 4 spades, hope that helpped a little

Look behind the glove box. Get on ur knees and look above where the passenger would put his feet. There's a large circular thing, and beside that is the resistor. It has 4 wires going into it. New from the dealer I payed like $28 or something..then swipped like 5 from junkyards for spares (lost em in a move tho..). 2 or 3 outta those 5 where blown though..VERY common problem..easy fix I made a resistor once cuz I was bored in school..here's a pic
