clutch

hey guys i think my clutch went out,,anyway when it was in nuetral you could hear a grinding in the tranny where the clutch would be..and i drove it like this for a little while then it started slipping and now when i put it in any gear its like its in neutral,,i already bought a seco clutch and getting it put in for 150.00 is that a good deal and is seco clutches ok to use.
