Unfortunately, cheap mods and Japanese cars don't mix very well. You can cut some corners though. Advance your timing to 15 degrees BTDC if you're willing to run high octane all the time. You can custom make some intake setups for pretty cheap (~50.)
Headers and exhaust that will give decent results and not rust out in a year aren't going to be cheap though. Figure 3-400 for a Hotshot header and a couple hundred for a good cat-back exhaust.
Don't waste your time on injectors.
