Stock timing? Advancing timing?

What is the stock timing on a b14? whats the highest you can advance it, on the safe side and still have power on acc and over all.

^most people understand you are new, but most people will also tell you to search.. and honestly it is the best way, like after you search you still need more info, tell us what you know and we can try and clarify... stock timing depends but its btw 8 and 10 degrees, you can do 15 degree any more is useless but you have a full tank of at least 91 octane in before you do so
