Clutch on it's way out

Ok, so when I'm in fifth gear and floor it the engine accelerates but the car doesn't.. So, of course the clutch is going out. How long can I drive it like this? I drove my sonoma for 6 months very lightly before I decided to replace it finally. Only want to know because I am deploying to Bulgaria next month for a month and a half, than I'm going to SF selection so the car won't be driven much in the next 3-4 months. Do you guys think it wold be o.k. to drive it light-footed for the next month?

I think that it would be okay. If you drive it easy it probally will be okay. I don't want to scare you but I drove my car for 6 months after it started slipping and I ended up damaging the flywheel with the broken springs from the disk. The flywheel did resurface out okay though so no real expensive damage was done. You should resurface the flywheel when you do the clutch anyways.
