Use PB Blaster. Spray it on a few times, give it an hour in between sprays, while attempting to loosen it up before you spray at every interval.

Here at the university one of the physical plant guys said his old trick is to tap a bolt with a hammer before you ever start in with a wrench. Kind of like banging the jar of pickles on the counter. This is a sensor so be very gentle but if it can survive the daily life of being in a car it should be able to take a few knocks from a hammer.

ok, new problem, i got the sensor out, but also took the seat for it. the sensor screws into a seat and the seat screws into the headers. now i cant get the seat and the sensor apart. HELP!!!

or, if there is a part number for that seat, i would rather buy a new seat than use the old one.
