Stumble..

Hey I was wondering if anyone out there can help me or has has a similar problem with a 1.6L (This one is in a 1995 200SX). When I drive the car it will stumble or loose power for just a little bit. It will seem to hold the same RPM until it pulls through. It only happens every once in a while..when I accelerate and others it seems ok. The engine just doesn’t seem to have any power. Being that it does this at random its making it hard to figure out what it is. I have replaced a slew of ignition parts and fuel filter…checked the EGR..ect. I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem or has an idea on what it might be. I have a notion to look into the TPS, oxygen, and fuel pressure regulator, but wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this quark.

what did you check about the egr? Check all the vacum hoses there.

have you checked for any codes stored in the ecu?

Cleaned the egr...diaphram is fine and replaced one hose on it.

Ive only hooked to one small crappy scanner. I has a bad connection somewhere between the speed sensor and the speedometer...but thats been there forever...this is a new thing. Thanks for your help!

there's a way you can check the codes with a screw driver and 10 min... search for it on here... pull the codes and see what you get
