I decided that the first mod to my sentra will be an air intake. I heard that a short ram intake will make my car a little quicker and I was looking into getting a PaceSetter intake, but I first wanted to check and see if anyone has a better suggestion. I didn't want to spend more that about $180...is that even realistic for a good intake?

Here is the HS CAI...it's a little more than $180, but this is the best "average" price that I have seen. Btw, I got mine from them. For the sake of Sentra's, I hope someone can get you a better price.
Thanks for all the information guys. I think I am going to either go with an Injen or a Hotshot. From what I heard recently...Injen was rated the best.

Place Racing has the better quality than any other intake IMO, but for true performance and overall value, it has to be the hotshot. AEM doesnt make anything for the b14 other than a bypass valve which is universal I have heard a lot of people say good things about the Injen....but for the price, u might as well get a ful CAI, not just a short ram(unless it rains a lot where u live) because u can always make the hotshot a short ram too

if you wanna get an injen cold air, you COULD get an SE-R cai forom injecn and out it on the 1.6...the quality is unreal. it has shit that hotshot doesnt, but doesnt have the stepped diameter piping.
