I need a cylinder head

This is for my daughters car. Not looking spend to much as the 200sx has 245,000 miles. Locally the used ones has bent valves, I already have one of those as her's the upper tensioner gave up and eat the idler gear and bent all the valve as she tried to restart it.
The lower end looks good just need a head (working) in the $200 range

If any one could steer me in the right direction.

Thanks
Tony

Try these guys for a remanufactured head:
National Cylinder Head

For used parts, you could try:

You could try what I did, but it's kind of a risk. I bought a used head from a junkyard from a sentra with fewer miles than mine. Cost: $100. I brought it to a machine shop and they fixed it up for another $100. It worked for me, but I don't know if I just got lucky

oh sorry my mistake. You might be able to buy parts separately and have a shop rebuild it..?

See if you have a Pull Apart near you: Used Auto Parts For Less - Pull-A-Part

Check the oil and make sure there isn't any antifreeze in it (blown head).

I would try to get one from an automatic, because it might just be at the junkyard because of the transmission(autos suck and break all the time).

Son in law found a 57b in Nashville at a pick a part yard for $60. The car had a om6 on it does this pose a problem? It's running fine but missing a little at idle but fine at high rpm's?

sounds fine.. we're still talking about the cylinder head, right? Maybe I'm not the person to take advice from because I don't know what 57b or om6
