timing chain tensioner

ok heres my prob. When I put the new ga16 in ( dont laugh at this alright) my retarded friend helping forgot to tighten the oxygen sensor on the header before he put it back on-- so for like a week I drove around and at certain rpms it rattled. so a friend and I thought it was the belt tensioner- it sounded just like slack in the chain. SOOOOOOO...i took the old tensioner fromt he other motor and put it in this one-I didnt use a new gasket for it b/c nissan isnt open on sundays obviously. so the thing is kinda leaking the same amount that the front seal was till I replaced it. well, the seal came into nissan and Ive gotta go get it today-- my question is- anyone with an fsm, what is the tensioner supposed to be torqued to? im thinking just handtight? but it runs off the oil passage which is like 60 psi sometimes- and yes- I did find out that damn noise was the oxygen sensor and I tightened it-- then proceded to put a foot in my friend matts ass. I had no leak for a while and now Ive got this thing- its leaked for months and I cant wait to fix it ! If anyone would happen to know the torque spec, please let me know--thanks

8.7 Ft. Lbs. So yeah, hand tight. You're not going to easily fit a torque wrench in there anyway.
