help determining engine noise

I have a noise it almost sounds like valves, but is in the front of the engine, mostly towards the top, but really doesn't sound like in the valve area, my engine is at 107k, has any one had similar problems? I wasn't sure I read somewhere it might be the timing chain tensioner, but I want to be sure before I start replacing things, Thanks for any help

At 107K mile your engine is barely broken in. You probably have the normal injector tick noise.

Trust me its not the normal injector noise. Our cars sde by side his is for sure louder. I was thinking it might be the valves, but it has gotton worse since the last time we checked it.
