My friend is having a similar problem with his '93 NX. The problem started when he put fuel injector cleaner in tank. A few days later his car was idling eraticly. When we were cruising and than came to a stop, the car would bog out and die. Some shade tree mechanic checked out the car. He suggested the problem was originating from the Air Intake Idle valve which is the small electrical unit mounted on the passenger side of the intake manifold. That wasn't the problem. I think the fuel injector cleaner loosened up some gunk in the gas tank and than clogged up his fuel system. So, did you use any fuel injector cleaner or any other chemicals befor the problem started? I say go get your fuel system checked. It is probably the culprit.
