fuel pump o ring?? 93 sentra

i just replaced my fuel pump and i cant get all the screws back in on the fuel pump panel in the back seat because the o ring is bigger then the frame for it/ what am i supposed to do to get it back on??

You need to go to Nissan and buy a new one. It is non-reusable.
